Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite)

The client is an international scale-up operating in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. As the business continues to expand, the finance team is evolving alongside it, creating an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join during a key stage of growth. The role offers a unique combination of operational responsibility and the opportunity to help build structure within a developing finance function. Key responsibilities include processing and verifying supplier invoices, preparing and executing payment runs, reconciling supplier accounts, maintaining vendor master data, supporting month-end closing, managing supplier queries, collaborating with colleagues across departments, identifying process improvements, and contributing to the professionalisation of the finance function.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of Accounts Payable experience, experience in an international environment, is hands-on and detail-oriented, able to work independently, has strong communication skills, and is fluent in English. Requirements include mandatory hands-on NetSuite experience, strong Excel skills, availability to start in the short term, and full-time availability (40 hours per week). The offer includes the opportunity to join an international organisation, a dynamic and collaborative working environment, exposure to multiple stakeholders and regions, and an initial contract with the possibility of extension.

The position is based in Amsterdam and starts on 1 November. Salary is €2,900 - €3,700 per month (€34,800 - €44,400 per year).
