The contractor will lead the Data Source Discovery by engaging with approximately 155 internal Data Source (DS) owners, including sharing NATO POCs per SLO, facilitating Site Survey Kick-offs, gathering data and attributes per SLO for each System Asset and Data Source, facilitating Site Survey Report validation by NATO POCs, and facilitating the NCIA escalation process. The contractor will also prepare and provide introductory and discovery materials, support evaluation of potential data sources, represent the NCIA to stakeholders, deliver presentations and act as official spokesperson, drive stakeholder management, host governance sessions, and maintain documentation of Risks, Actions, Dependencies, Decisions, issues, audits, and a repository of Data Delivery Agreements.

The Purchaser will provide NATO site access, workspace, and an NCIA RESTRICTED 'REACH' laptop. Up to two days of official business travel per month may be required to various NATO locations within 12 months; the contractor may also be required to work at other NCIA or NATO locations within Belgium. Requirements include a valid security clearance at minimum NATO SECRET level, good knowledge of MS Office with a minimum of 2 years experience, data sensitivity awareness, understanding of handling classified or mission-critical information, both industry supplier and public service customer experience, project management and/or Business Analysis experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player, language proficiency in English meeting NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3 'Professional Proficiency', ability to plan and execute assigned project tasks, deep understanding of the organization's projects and priorities, knowledge/understanding of NATO responsibilities and organisation, being a Positive Disruptor, Prince2 foundation or significant experience in managing project work packages, and a minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience, or exceptionally at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to this Statement of Work.

Preferences include experience in working for or supporting a military or governmental organization, and knowledge of NATO Communication and Information Systems Infrastructure.
