Active Directory (IAM) consultant

Our client is looking for an Active Directory (IAM) Consultant. Within the IT Production unit, the Infrastructure Projects team is responsible for the delivery of infrastructure and technological solutions to guarantee the future of the digitising energy market. Security is of great importance here, but also availability, reliability and business continuity.

The AD Solution Designer will take the technical lead for a number of projects aimed at simplifying and securing a legacy Active Directory infrastructure with various domains and forests. This will include certain aspects of DFS with file sharing access. He/she will also advise on a number of other projects including an IAM implementation (SailPoint IIQ) and Priveleged Access Management, as well as numerous other projects including hybrid cloud solutions to be integrated with an SDDC on-prem infrastructure.

The Solution Designer focuses on the design and solution and translates it into an executable solution by the AD system engineer.

- You must be able to work smoothly with the Enterprise Architect Infra, Information Security experts, the Solution Designers/Architects colleagues and System Engineers who have to implement the changes.

- You are clear in formulating solutions and translating complex problems into the simplest possible solutions.

- You are strong in drawing out the required archtiecture and have an eye for detail to design the solutions workable.

- You have a background as a System Engineer and have progressed to a position of Solution Designer/Architect.

- Knowledge of and experience in working out business-safe and secure solutions regarding Active Directory, as well as monitoring their elaboration.

- Experience with setting up and configuring a secure Active Directory environment within a hybrid (largely on-prem, partly cloud) cloud business context

- Experience with the integration between Identity & Access management, Active Directory is an advantage

- Experience with migrating AD domains and Forests.

- Experience with the security and hardening aspects of Active Directory (on-prem) within a hybrid cloud environment (Azure AD; Multi-Factor Authentication);

- Experience with DFS and file sharing solutions.

- Experience with GPOs within a Windows Server environment
