Volledige omschrijving
Adoption Lead for Digital Dealer Solutions. As Adoption Manager, you take end-to-end ownership of turning knowledge into effective adoption across a dealer network. Your focus is to ensure that new digital tools, functionalities and ways of working are not just launched, but clearly understood, implemented correctly and sustainably used in the field. You work closely with dealer-facing teams, product and process stakeholders, project teams and representatives from the dealer network.
Your objective is to make sure digital initiatives reach the network in a way that is actionable, consistent and timely.
Key responsibilities include: preparing the network for change (building a pragmatic adoption plan, working with communication team, identifying upcoming changes, representing dealer network perspective); enabling the DRM team and 1st line service desk (organising train-the-trainer sessions, translating central project information into practical material, ensuring teams have knowledge and tools); creating an active dealer adoption community (setting up a recurring adoption forum, using community to prepare launches, gather feedback, connect feedback to stakeholders); monitoring and improving adoption (tracking implementation, maintaining KPIs, applying Communicate-Enable-Monitor-Improve approach).
Profile: hands-on, structured and collaborative adoption professional with experience in change management, adoption, digital transformation or network enablement; strong operational roll-out capability; comfortable facilitating workshops/training; able to translate complex information into simple material; initiative; constructive challenge; critical mindset; strong stakeholder management; clear communication; comfortable with adoption metrics; experience with ADKAR is a strong asset; automotive/dealer/retail experience a plus; fluent in Dutch or French with good English.
