Omschrijving
We are looking to engage a freelance/interim AFAS Administrator to reduce the organisation’s dependency on its external AFAS vendor and consultant, and to stabilise day-to-day HR and payroll system operations across all sites (in NL, Lithuania, Ireland and Germany). You will: Act as the organisation’s primary point of contact for AFAS configuration and support, reducing reliance on the external consultant for routine issues. Build internal self-service capability, training and transparent processes so users are no longer dependent on slow, costly external support. Stabilise the system of record by resolving recurring defects and closing the training gap. Provide technical input to the parallel strategic review of AFAS versus a global HR platform alternative.
