Airbus Netherlands B.V. is looking for an AI Technician (Assembly & Integration) for Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands in Leiden. The role involves the assembly and integration of high-tech aerospace hardware in accordance with detailed work instructions and quality standards, working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the production and testing of advanced space systems. The position requires a hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality, reporting to the Team Leader Assembly & Integration.
Profile: hands-on and practical mindset, accurate, quality-driven, team player, eager to learn, comfortable in a highly regulated production environment.
Requirements: mandatory VOG, MBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering or related field, minimum 2 years of experience in an assembly or production environment.
Wishes: experience in aerospace or comparable high-tech environment, basic computer skills, good command of Dutch and English, available 40 hours per week and willing to work fully on-site in Leiden.
Offer: 40 hours per week, duration 12 months, start 01-12-2026.
