Omschrijving
We are looking for an Analyst Developer to join a leading organization in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with development standards. This role requires a strong technical background in Java development, integration technologies, and API-based architectures, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include system development using Java Spring technologies, integration and regression testing, technical analysis and design, collaboration with business stakeholders, testing and quality assurance, implementation and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment activities.
Must-have technical skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, initial experience in a similar Analyst Developer or Java Developer role, experience preparing technical analyses and specifications, and strong knowledge of Java Core & J2EE, Spring Framework, REST APIs & RESTful Services, JDBC, JMS Message Queues, Apache Camel, Git, Maven and/or Gradle, Jenkins Pipelines (CI/CD), JUnit, Mockito, PowerMockito, Swagger, and Apache Tomcat.
Nice-to-have skills: Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Kibana, Enterprise Architect, JAXB & XSD standards, Zephyr, and experience within the insurance sector.
Languages: Fluent English is required; Dutch and/or French is considered an asset.
