Anesthesiemedewerker

TMI is looking for an anesthesia assistant (anesthesiemedewerker) for a hospital in Dordrecht, Zuid-Holland. You will work 24 to 36 hours per week on the basis of a flex contract or secondment (detachering). You will monitor anesthesia, sedation or narcosis and keep a close eye on the patient's vital functions during operations. You support the anesthesiologist and ensure that anesthesia is administered safely and carefully.

Responsibilities include: monitoring anesthesia, continuously checking vital functions, intervening when necessary, working closely with the anesthesiologist and other colleagues in the operating room, and actively thinking along while gaining more responsibility and independence. You will work in an operating room where operations are performed for nearly all specialties, making the work varied, technical and substantive. The environment emphasizes teamwork, patient safety and clear collaboration.

Requirements: you hold the anesthesiamedewerker diploma; preferably experience as an anesthesia assistant, but this is not a requirement; strong self-reflective skills; able to give and receive feedback in a positive manner; good collaboration skills; enthusiastic, independent, stress-resistant and flexible. The salary is €4,163 - €6,527 per month. Start date is immediate, respond before 02-10-2026.
