Application Administrator

Keep one of Europe's busiest logistics environments running smoothly. Are you an Application Administrator who enjoys being at the heart of operations? Do you like solving problems, improving processes, and working with business users as much as technology? Then this could be your next challenge. You'll play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the applications that keep the terminal operations moving. From terminal operating systems and planning tools to operational and logistics platforms, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring business-critical systems perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing: Managing and optimizing key operational and logistics applications; supporting end users with incidents, requests, and system improvements; identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology; troubleshooting and resolving application issues, working with vendors when required; maintaining documentation and promoting knowledge sharing; contributing to IT and business improvement projects across the terminal.

What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in Application Management, Systems Administration, or IT Support; experience with logistics, industrial, warehouse, or port environments is highly desirable; knowledge of TOS/WMS platforms is a plus (Softpak experience is a bonus); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical topics into practical business solutions; fluent Dutch communication skills, both written and spoken; a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

The role is open for both freelance and permanent options. Due to the nature of the role you would be required to be on site as much as possible.
