- Fluent in French with a professional working knowledge of English
- 1+ years of experience in application support, specifically focused on LIMS or laboratory digital tools
Wensen
- Prior experience working within a GMP regulated environment
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow for incident management

Our client, a prominent leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a specialist to support the digitalization of quality laboratory operations. The role involves providing responsive and dependable assistance to users following the deployment of digital methods in the laboratory management system.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional and technical support to business users on the LabWare platform.
- Create and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis on production incidents to identify and mitigate underlying issues.
- Handle master data resolution and ensure functional alignment between SAP and LabWare.
- Translate technical challenges within digital methods into actionable insights for the system administrators.
- Monitor system errors proactively to identify trends and prevent recurring incidents.
