Artificial Intelligence Agents Security Threat Analysis Expert IIIm (ZZP)

The role involves coordinating stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements for monitoring of AI Agents, defining policies, procedures, and playbooks for monitoring of the AI agents to make sure they don't go rogue, contributing to programme tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement, and supporting development of policies, procedures, and playbooks. As Security Threat Analysis Expert you will play a pivotal role in design and implementation of the Insider Threat programme, with a strong focus on User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) capabilities, governance setup, tool evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements include: strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, ideally in Insider Threat / Detection; strong understanding of AI agents monitoring; familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools; excellent stakeholder management skills; strong analytical and structured thinking skills; a Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience and knowledge of the European financial services regulatory environment; experience in AI agents monitoring (essential); excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Must-haves: 6-10 years experience with cybersecurity principles, ideally in Insider Threat / Detection; familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools; AI experience 3-5 years. They are looking for someone relatively senior.
