Facts & Figures: 36 hours per week. English is the primary working language. Dutch is a strong plus. Office presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands. Freelance (self-employed) contractors are not eligible.

You & Your Role: As a BankerIQ Business Analyst, you operate at the intersection of business, technology, and governance. You support the early discovery and validation of AI-driven use cases, helping transform ideas into actionable requirements, process designs, and implementation-ready deliverables. You are hands-on in both analysis and execution. Through experiments, research, and technical explorations, you assess solution options, data availability, system constraints, risks, dependencies, and integration opportunities.

BankerIQ has a growing pipeline of new ideas waiting to be explored. You are not expected to generate these ideas yourself. Your role is to validate, structure, and prepare them for successful realization, enabling the team to run multiple experiments in a scalable and consistent way. Use cases may include areas such as prospecting and scenario modelling. You will also ensure that documentation for Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Security, and Responsible AI assessments is complete and ready for decision-making, while providing a smooth handover to delivery teams.

Examples from Practice: Assess the value and feasibility of new AI capabilities for prospecting and scenario modelling. Evaluate solution options by identifying risks, dependencies, process impacts, and technical constraints. Deliver complete handover packages including requirements, process flows, use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

Your Key Responsibilities: Explore and validate AI use cases through research, experimentation, and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture to identify opportunities and constraints. Translate findings into clear requirements, process designs, and implementation-ready documentation.

Achieving More Together: We believe in the power of diverse perspectives. By combining different backgrounds, skills, and experiences, we become a stronger bank. 'Together, we are building a way of working that enables us to explore, validate, and realize AI-driven ideas faster and more effectively.' You will join a team focused on innovation and experimentation, working in an Agile environment where collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement are key.

Success means creating a scalable approach that allows multiple AI experiments to run effectively in parallel. Work on Yourself and the World Around You: At Rabobank, your development and societal impact go hand in hand. We invest in your growth while working together to build a better world.
