Ref: #75198. On behalf of one of our strongest clients, I am searching for SAP BASIS engineers / developers / consultants to join a long-term support project. Please find the job specification below.
Contract: 12 months + extension.
Location: Remote. We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Support Consultant to join a large SAP RISE project.
Responsibilities: Provide SAP BASIS support; Monitor SAP systems and events; Handle system errors and issues; Manage and resolve support tickets; Log and manage incidents; Troubleshoot BASIS issues; Escalate complex issues to the L3 team; Support SAP HANA Database; Work as part of a 24/7 support team.
Requirements: 5–7 years of SAP BASIS experience; Strong SAP BASIS support experience; Experience with SAP RISE; Experience with event/system monitoring; Experience with incident and ticket handling; Experience with SAP HANA Database; Good troubleshooting skills; Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment.
