Bioprocess Technician

Als Bioprocess Technician voer je zelfstandig productieactiviteiten uit voor de productie van virale en bacteriële antigenen. Je werkt met bioreactoren, cel- en viruskweek, filtratie, centrifuges en single-use technologie en draagt bij aan continue verbetering en deviatiemanagement.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

- Voorbereiden van productieruns en mediabereidingen.

- Uitvoeren van cel- en viruskweek binnen een GMP-productieomgeving.

- Bedienen van bioreactoren, SUB's, centrifuges, filtratiesystemen en gerelateerde apparatuur.

- Uitvoeren van inactivatie en andere upstream- en downstream-processen.

- Correct invullen en afronden van batchdocumentatie en productieregistraties.

- Signaleren, documenteren en rapporteren van afwijkingen in het productieproces.

- Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en verbeterprojecten.

- Ondersteunen bij deviatiemanagement en root-cause onderzoeken.

- Kennis overdragen aan collega's via training-on-the-job.

- Werken volgens hoge kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en GMP-standaarden.

Vereisten

- Afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 3 of 4, bij voorkeur in Biotechnologie, Procestechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.

- Affiniteit met biotechnologie, virologie, bacteriologie, microbiologie of procestechnologie.

- Ervaring binnen een GMP-, cleanroom- of gecontroleerde productieomgeving is een pré.

- Ervaring met aseptische werkzaamheden is een voordeel.

- Sterk kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewustzijn.

- Hands-on en technisch ingesteld.

- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijkertijd een echte teamplayer zijn.

- Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.

- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.

- Bereidheid om te werken in een dynamische productieomgeving, inclusief incidenteel weekend- of consignatiewerk.
