Eisen

Levy Professionals is looking for a BMS Consultant. Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Business Developer with a strong background in Information Technology and Building Management Systems (BMS)? You will gather requirements for new functionalities and clearly communicate them to the wider Scrum team, translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, project teams and suppliers, support change risk assessments, security issues and incoming tickets related to BMS applications, and take an active role in managing and coordinating changes across building management projects.
An ideal profile would include at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Business Developer within software development for Facility Management or Building Management Systems, experience with BMS-related domains such as HVAC, lighting, security cameras, networking, cooling and air conditioning, or physical building access, proven experience in requirements gathering and working within Agile and DevOps environments, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is preferred).
