Volledige omschrijving

I’m looking for a graphic / web designer to help refine the visual identity and website of an early-stage B2B AI startup called Factory Intellect. Our brand is an AI operating layer for industrial companies. It learns from a company’s emails, documents, Excel files and ERP systems, then helps prepare repetitive operational work around RFQs, quotations, supplier communication and day-to-day operations. People remain in control and review or approve important decisions.

We already have a draft-website and a general idea of the direction we want to take, but at the moment it still feels like something built by developers rather than a polished, professional technology company. The main thing I’m looking for is someone with a strong visual and branding eye who can help us understand why the current website does not yet feel professional, distinctive or cohesive, and then translate the Factory Intellect brand into a stronger visual system.

This is not primarily a website development project. We can handle the implementation ourselves. I’m mainly looking for help with: reviewing the existing website and identifying what is visually not working; defining or refining the overall visual direction of the brand; typography, colours, spacing, hierarchy and layout; art direction for illustrations, graphics, diagrams or product visuals; improving key website sections such as the homepage/hero, product presentation and calls to action; creating a consistent visual language that we can reuse across the website and future materials; potentially producing redesigned sections or screens in Figma.

The brand should feel modern, intelligent and technically credible, but still approachable. We want to avoid both the generic “AI startup” aesthetic and the very traditional/corporate industrial look. Our audience is mainly industrial and manufacturing companies, so trust and professionalism are particularly important. At the same time, we want the company to feel like a modern technology product rather than consultancy software from 15 years ago.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has experience with B2B SaaS, AI, technology, industrial tech or complex products, and who is comfortable thinking about both branding and web design. This would initially be a one-off project, but there may be further work later as the product and brand develop. When applying, it would be helpful if you could share: relevant branding/web design work; examples of B2B or technology websites you have designed; a little about how you would approach improving an existing brand and website rather than starting completely from scratch.

De opdracht is remote, start op 09-10-2026, verwachte duur 7 dagen, budget €200–€500 vaste prijs, status open.
