Omschrijving
This is a Business Analyst role for an Agentic AI & Application Modernization initiative within the airline/aviation industry. The position is remote within the US with limited travel to Cincinnati, Florida, and New York. It is a contract-to-hire position (6 months+). The rate is $70-85/hour W2 or $80-100/hour C2C/1099. The role involves working with a major consulting organization supporting a large airline customer through AI and technology modernization. Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, analyzing applications, identifying AI opportunities, translating requirements, facilitating communication, and acting as a trusted advisor. Required experience includes 5+ years as a Business Analyst and 2+ years with AI initiatives (Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM applications, intelligent automation). Experience with application modernization is required. Preferred experience includes airline/aviation background, cloud modernization, AI/ML product development, agentic workflows, Agile, APIs, microservices. The ideal candidate is curious, challenges assumptions, and can communicate with both executives and technical teams.
