Business Analyst – Data Integration

Our client is seeking a professional Business Analyst to lead the translation of business needs into functional IT specifications. The role focuses on developing and improving digital systems while collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include: gathering detailed requirements and functional specifications for the development and improvement of IT systems; collaborating with solution architects and project managers to exchange knowledge on functional and legal requirements; developing functional specifications and producing deliverables related to assigned projects; partnering with external vendors to ensure functionality is communicated and validated for completeness; developing user test cases and validating results during user acceptance tests; and updating process documentation and creating reusable organizational assets.

Requirements: a technical background in Java or .NET, Microsoft Azure cloud environments, and SaaS solutions; experience drafting User Stories, Story Maps, Use Cases, and Non-Functional Requirements; knowledge of data integration techniques; strong analytical skills with a focus on business processes and functions; proactive with excellent communication and writing skills; and fluency in Dutch and English.

Nice to have: knowledge of or insight into EU legislation.
