Business Analyst – HR IT / Talent Hub

We are looking for a Business Developer to support major HR technology changes at a leading Dutch financial institution. The Talent Hub IT team will be involved in two key initiatives for 2027: implementing SmartRecruiters to replace the current recruitment platform, and implementing SAP Position Management. You will work as the bridge between HR/business stakeholders and IT specialists, helping turn business needs into clear requirements and workable technology solutions.

What You'll Do: Gather, clarify and structure requirements from HR stakeholders and policy owners. Translate business needs into detailed, actionable IT requirements and functional solutions. Analyse and optimise business processes, considering different scenarios and potential impacts. Break down requirements into manageable pieces of work and support prioritisation and planning in line with Product Owner priorities. Coordinate IT changes with engineers and other Agile team members, monitoring progress through execution and implementation.

Maintain clear, accurate documentation and manage stakeholder expectations about what is and is not technically feasible. Identify issues, dependencies and blockers, escalating them to the Product Owner or relevant manager when needed. Ensure changes are delivered in line with applicable governance, risk and compliance processes.
