Business Analyst – Industrial IoT & Predictive Maintenance

Our client, a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector, is driving a digital transformation to optimize asset management. The project focuses on implementing innovative technologies such as Industrial IoT and Artificial Intelligence to transition towards advanced predictive maintenance services. Responsibilities include modeling business processes and guiding stakeholders through process redesign and impact analyses; translating business needs into structured requirements (context diagrams, domain models, user stories); bridging business and IT; overseeing data quality and data migration; validating functional analyses and performing end-to-end testing; developing training materials and conducting end-user sessions; and providing post-implementation support.

Requirements: Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in capturing business requirements and modeling business processes, proven expertise in modeling information needs and domain models, experience in creating and executing structured test plans, experience in developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption, strong analytical skills, proactive and solution-oriented approach, fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to haves: knowledge of Industrial IoT, AI, or Big Data; experience with maintenance of industrial assets or Smart Assets; familiarity with M2M communication and hardware sensors.
