Omschrijving
Senior Business Analyst for Non-Financial Risk and GRC within a leading financial institution in Amsterdam. You will help implement the MetricStream SaaS platform and contribute to a simplified, standardised and future-proof GRC landscape. The role bridges Business, Risk and IT: translating Non-Financial Risk processes, data models and organisational structure into clear business requirements and functional solution designs, and guiding the implementation of several key NFR and GRC processes within MetricStream to meet internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit expectations. Responsibilities include: translating business requirements for processes such as RA, IMAT, SIRA, MC&T and REM into approved functional designs; supporting configuration and implementation within MetricStream; ensuring solutions align with NFR policies, risk frameworks, regulatory requirements and audit expectations; coordinating data migration activities (scope definition, data-quality validation, migration waves, reconciliation); preparing and supporting User Acceptance Testing and business acceptance; identifying and resolving critical defects before go-live; advising stakeholders on NFR and GRC risks; supporting business readiness, user adoption and knowledge transfer; maintaining strong alignment between Business, Risk and IT; and contributing to a smooth transition from implementation to Business-as-Usual. Intended results include approved functional designs successfully implemented in MetricStream, compliant solutions against relevant policies and frameworks, successful data migrations with validated data quality, timely completion of UAT and business acceptance, a business organisation ready for go-live, effective knowledge transfer and a controlled transition to BAU. The ideal candidate profile: academic-level working and thinking capability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrable experience translating business needs into functional designs, experience within Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk or GRC, familiarity with MetricStream or a comparable SaaS-based GRC platform, experience with large-scale system implementations, experience with complex data migration and data-quality validation, experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments, the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across Business, Risk and IT, and a strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery.
