Eisen

Pauwels Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst for its client, a leading organization in the retail sector, to lead business workstreams within a large-scale transformation program. The role focuses on driving requirements, validation, and change readiness for next-generation store and point-of-sale landscapes.

Responsibilities: Act as the primary business lead and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned feature areas; drive business engagement across local, regional, and external stakeholder groups; coordinate business activities during design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases; elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, producing deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, and process flows; review solution proposals from a business perspective and challenge designs; define business acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT); assess operational impacts and identify requirements for training, communication, and change readiness.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Product Analyst; experience within large-scale ERP, digital, or business transformation programs; proven expertise in documenting business requirements using BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications; strong background in stakeholder management and facilitating complex workshop sessions; experience with governance support; ability to translate complex business needs into actionable delivery requirements; proactive and self-managing; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; fluent in English.
