Eisen
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with passive knowledge of the other language
- Expertise in Process Mapping, Requirements Management, and Risk & Quality Management
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Business Analysis or guiding ICT projects
- Proven experience working within complex IT environments for public sector or governmental organizations
- Proficiency with MS Visio, PowerBI, JIRA, and Confluence

Omschrijving
Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a professional to support the stabilization and modernization of its automated recognition infrastructure. This role focuses on performing functional analyses and translating operational requirements from the field into technical solutions for traffic management initiatives.
Responsibilities: Define and document clear requirements and standards for traffic initiatives within the program; Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks while reporting progress and bottlenecks to key stakeholders; Develop and maintain quality management plans to ensure project results meet required standards; Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the success of various projects; Document technical and functional information in a structured manner to facilitate knowledge transfer; Contribute to the long-term vision of the ecosystem by evaluating new technologies and capacity needs; Collaborate with data protection experts to provide necessary input for impact assessments and risk analyses.
