Eisen

Omschrijving
Our client, a leading utility provider driving energy transition and climate adaptation, is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their transformation team. The role focuses on supporting top-tier programs involving data management, digital tool implementation, and process optimization.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end change implementations from preparation through to aftercare for complex digitalization projects; support multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives to ensure cohesive change management across the organization; develop comprehensive change action plans including communications, events, training programs, and impact measurements; align diverse stakeholders within complex environments to ensure buy-in and smooth transitions; facilitate workshops and guide ambassador or SPOC networks to foster engagement and adoption.
Requirements: 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Change Manager without concurrent roles; 3+ years of experience supporting change across multiple concurrent projects or initiatives; a proven track record in end-to-end change implementation for complex digitalization programs; practical knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR, McKinsey, Kotter, or 7S; the capacity to deliver a detailed change action plan and case studies covering communications and training; proactive and empathic with strong facilitation and listening skills; and fluency in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to have: experience managing change for large-scale populations of over 1000 employees, proficiency in Prosci ADKAR, and experience with Prince2, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
Offer: start date 21/10/2026, duration 24 months, full-time work regime, location Melle, hybrid working model, contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
