Omschrijving
Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications and network infrastructure sector, is seeking a Business Consultant to join their shared services department. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions by designing innovative concepts and driving transformation projects. Responsibilities include: analyze requirements and assess their impact on processes, systems, and tools to deliver value propositions; develop and adjust strategic roadmaps based on functional expertise and feasibility evaluations; perform conceptual design for business initiatives and analyze innovative transformation solutions; establish acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions while coaching implementation activities; lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives within an established business framework; document solution directions and business requirements to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business consultancy or business analysis; professional experience in Process Modeling, management, and documentation; solid understanding of Business Analysis best practices and Agile methodologies; strong affinity for IT and Network domains; strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English. Nice to haves: knowledge of AWS, SQL, Data Modeling, and UX experience; understanding of Service Assurance processes; previous experience in the Telecom industry; knowledge of Dutch. Offer: start date ASAP, duration until 31/12/2026 with extension possible, full-time work regime, location Mechelen, hybrid working model (onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays), contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
