Business Intelligence Analyst | Oslo, Norway (On-site 2-3 days). We're hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for a leading B2C subscription business based right by Oslo S. This is a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension through at least Christmas. You'll sit at the intersection of data and commercial strategy - turning subscription, retention, and revenue data into insights that shape decisions across commercial, marketing, and product teams. What you'll do: Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports; Analyse subscription, retention, churn, and revenue trends; Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; Deliver actionable insights to commercial, marketing, and product stakeholders; Support data-driven decision-making across the business. What you'll bring: Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; Advanced SQL skills; Experience working with B2C customer and revenue data; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, plus English. Nice to have: Experience with subscription or SaaS business models; Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes; Familiarity with data science / ML concepts.
