Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Management Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will act as a senior-level, independent contributor with specialized expertise in one or more technical areas. You will handle small to medium-sized projects or components of larger initiatives, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee projects or project components, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Solve complex technical problems independently or escalate issues when necessary. Analyze processes, identify issues, and develop recommendations based on facts and technical knowledge. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and documentation standards, participating in compliance activities as required. Maintain a broad understanding of current system capabilities and limitations, supporting process redesign and reengineering efforts. Collaborate with business partners to understand their products, services, and business requirements. Support process flows and contribute to defining and refining business processes. Apply technical expertise to support team goals, providing mentorship to junior staff.
