Business & Technical Analyst – Clinical Development

Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a professional to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and digital technology teams. The role involves evaluating, selecting, and implementing innovative digital solutions within a clinical development and regulatory context.

Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for digital solutions. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to align business needs with technical possibilities. Perform technical assessments and fit-gap analyses of various vendor solutions. Support RFI and RFP processes including vendor evaluation and solution selection. Coordinate implementation activities across business, IT, and external vendor teams.

Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies within a governed environment.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management and digital transformation initiatives. Experience working as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid functional role. Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and stakeholder management. Ability to perform technical assessments of digital solutions. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Strong communicator capable of bridging the gap between business and technology.

Fluent in English.

Nice to Haves: Professional experience within the pharmaceutical sector or Clinical Development. Exposure to GxP-regulated environments. Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled solutions. Experience supporting RFI and RFP activities. Knowledge of system integrations, security, and compliance considerations.
