Eisen

The excitement! We're hiring and seeking passionate individuals to become integral members of our client team. As an Interim Regional CapEx Project Buyer, you will lead strategic CapEx sourcing projects across the BeNeDu region, managing tenders, supplier negotiations, contracts, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
This role requires a hands-on procurement professional who can quickly add value, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive cost-effective sourcing decisions in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities: Lead and execute CapEx sourcing projects, tenders, and supplier negotiations across the BeNeDu region. Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Drive RFQs, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution. Partner with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and procurement stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Identify procurement risks, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and sourcing procedures.
Requirements: Proven experience in CapEx Procurement / Project Buying within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong background in strategic sourcing, tender management, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations. Strong analytical and commercial skills, including TCO and business case evaluations.
Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage. Experience in Food, FMCG, Dairy, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
