Volledige omschrijving
Als Casemanager Verzuim begeleid je medewerkers gedurende het volledige verzuim- en re-integratieproces volgens de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, managers en plantmanagers en vertaalt adviezen van de bedrijfsarts naar duidelijke en concrete vervolgstappen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere locaties in Oost-Nederland en werkt zowel zelfstandig als binnen een team van Casemanagers.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Begeleiden van medewerkers vanaf de eerste verzuimdag tot en met re-integratie
- Begeleiden van verzuimdossiers volgens de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
- Voeren van regelmatige verzuim- en re-integratiegesprekken
- Vertalen van adviezen van de bedrijfsarts naar concrete acties
- Adviseren en ondersteunen van medewerkers, managers en plantmanagers
- Begeleiden van WIA- en IVA-aanvragen
- Signaleren van mogelijkheden om langdurig verzuim te voorkomen
- Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten rondom verzuim
- Geven van inhoudelijk advies aan de organisatie
- Samenwerken met collega's binnen het team van Casemanagers
Vereisten
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Certificaat Geregistreerd Casemanager: CROV of RCCM/RCMC

Job Description We are looking for an Operational Technology Engineer to support and improve automation and OT systems within a busy production environment.
This role focuses on troubleshooting software-related issues, implementing corrective changes, and driving structural improvements to reduce downtime and optimize production. The Operational Technology Support Engineer works closely with Operations and Maintenance, takes ownership of priorities, and helps coordinate engineering capacity to ensure the right expertise is applied to the right problems. Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve software-related disruptions in the production environment to minimize downtime. - Implement corrective changes to address recurring system errors and stabilize OT applications.
Identify root causes and deliver structural improvements that strengthen long-term system performance. - Work with multiple automation/OT platforms and interfaces across the site’s landscape. - Coordinate activities within the OT/engineering group, including aligning resources to incidents and improvement work. - Maintain and safeguard OT standards, documentation, and ways of working. - Train, guide, and support colleagues within the maintenance organization on relevant systems and procedures. - Maintain close contact with Operations to understand real-time production priorities and agree on the right order of work. - Support planning and cost awareness by tracking effort and coordinating external or internal support where needed.
Requirements - Completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, ideally in Industrial Automation or a related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical production environment (process industry experience is preferred). - Hands-on experience with industrial automation/OT systems (e.g., Siemens PCS 7, SCADA/Historian solutions, MES-related applications). - Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to investigation and resolution. - Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to speak up, collaborate, and learn from mistakes. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and operations. - Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
