Eisen
- Build strong relationships between business and IT teams
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience in Change Management, OCM, Business Transformation or similar
- Involve stakeholders at different levels and create buy-in
- Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions
- Translate complex changes into clear practical communication
- Independently conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments
- Experience with digital transformation programs, IT implementations or process optimization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable in an Agile environment and multidisciplinary teams
- Proactively manage resistance and risks
Wensen
- Knowledge of Dutch
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR)
- Experience in international or multicultural organizations
