Chapter Lead – Test Management & Automation

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport sector, is seeking a Test Coordinator to join their operational systems team. This role involves managing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects while coordinating between onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end testing process across multiple projects to ensure timely execution and quality standards. Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders. Manage functional testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across diverse teams. Oversee the activities of onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication. Identify, report, and track defects while driving resolution before system go-live.

Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to management and project teams.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator including test automation and managing complex projects. 3+ years of experience within the transport sector. Possess experience in people management and leadership roles. You have experience coordinating offshore teams across different regions and time zones. You bring a solid understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and quality assurance processes. You possess knowledge of risk management and defect management.

You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills. You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves: Experience testing real-time systems or mission-critical environments. Knowledge of railway-specific regulations and standards.

Offer: Start date: 01/12/2026.

Duration: 24 months (until 30/11/2028).

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Brussels.

Working model: Onsite (up to 5 days per week).

Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
