Omschrijving
We are seeking a Civil Work Preparator to support the preparation and coordination of concrete and rebar foundation works for scaffolding on an industrial project in the Groningen area. You will be responsible for preparing civil construction activities, ensuring that drawings, materials, work packages, schedules, and site requirements are properly coordinated before execution. This role requires a strong background in industrial civil works, with practical experience involving concrete, reinforcement/rebar, and foundation construction. Key responsibilities include: preparing and coordinating civil work packages for concrete and rebar foundation activities; supporting the delivery of concrete and reinforced foundations for scaffolding structures; reviewing construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documentation; preparing material requirements, quantities, and documentation for concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork, and associated civil works; coordinating with engineering, construction, site supervision, and subcontractor teams; identifying technical issues, clashes, and missing information; ensuring required materials, equipment, permits, drawings, and resources are available; supporting work methods, task plans, and construction sequences; monitoring progress and resolving site-based technical and planning issues; coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors; maintaining accurate project documentation; supporting inspections and handover activities; and ensuring health & safety requirements are incorporated. Candidate requirements include proven experience as a Civil Work Preparator, Werkvoorbereider, or similar position within industrial construction; strong experience with industrial civil works; practical knowledge of concrete construction, reinforcement/rebar, foundations, and formwork; ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings; experience working with contractors and subcontractors; strong planning and coordination capabilities; good understanding of construction sequencing and materials; strong awareness of health, safety, and quality; a proactive and solution-driven approach; a relevant civil engineering, construction, or technical qualification; Dutch speaking is essential; availability to work 5 days per week on site in the Groningen area; and availability to start ASAP.
