Our client is a global, innovation-driven life sciences organization that supports clinical trials worldwide. The Breda site plays a critical role in ensuring investigational medicines are labelled, packaged, and prepared accurately and safely for patients, working to strict quality standards in a regulated environment. For our client in Breda, we are looking for a Clinical Packaging & Labelling Operator (GMP) to join a dedicated team responsible for manual labelling, packaging, and assembly activities for clinical trial materials.

The role is hands-on and detail-focused, with work carried out mainly at room temperature and occasionally in cold-room conditions (2–8°C). Accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility are essential.

Responsibilities: Execute manual clinical labelling and packaging activities according to SOPs and quality guidelines; Work with trial-specific configurations, ensuring every packaging step is performed correctly and documented properly; Support packaging operations in both room temperature and cold-room environments when required; Take ownership of daily tasks and results within their working area, focusing on right-first-time execution; Escalate issues when necessary and contribute to smooth, compliant operations; Complete all assigned trainings in line with the training plan and required timelines; Carry out batch-related logistics activities linked to packaging operations; Actively look for improvements and efficiency opportunities in processes and ways of working.

Requirements: Experience in a manual packaging environment (preferably within pharma or another GMP/GDP-regulated setting); Comfortable working in a strongly regulated quality environment with a high level of documentation and precision; Quality- and performance-driven, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset; Strong team player with clear communication skills; Able to work accurately, efficiently, and stay effective when priorities change; Experience with SAP and/or MES is an advantage.
