A leading global dairy company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality, value-added dairy products for professional customers worldwide is looking for an experienced Commercial Operations & Process Automation Specialist. This is a hands-on role focused on building practical solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving commercial processes, building and implementing automation solutions, optimizing Pricing, Master Data, and Sales Operations, improving pricing and price-list processes, developing solutions using Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, Databricks, and Microsoft Copilot, identifying and resolving process and data-quality issues, standardizing and documenting processes, and supporting the team with operational activities when required. Requirements: HBO+ / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 5+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or Continuous Improvement; strong knowledge of SAP and commercial processes; advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate skills; experience with Pricing, Master Data, and commercial conditions; FMCG experience is a strong plus; native-level Dutch required, English is a plus; strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on skills; Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification is a plus. The role is based in Amersfoort, Utrecht, with a start date of 31 July 2026.
