Als Commercial Operations Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en automatiseren van commerciële processen op het gebied van pricing, masterdata en sales operations. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en maakt gebruik van SAP, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate en andere Microsoft-tools om processen te verbeteren, de datakwaliteit te verhogen en continue verbeteringen te realiseren. Verantwoordelijkheden

- Analyseren, optimaliseren en automatiseren van commerciële processen binnen Pricing, Masterdata en Sales Operations. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van slimme automatiseringsoplossingen met SAP, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate en andere Microsoft-tools. - Verbeteren van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van prijsgegevens, masterdata en commerciële processen. - Signaleren van knelpunten, uitvoeren van procesanalyses en realiseren van duurzame procesverbeteringen. - Samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders om efficiëntere werkwijzen en datagedreven oplossingen te ontwikkelen. - Documenteren en standaardiseren van processen om de continuïteit en kennisborging binnen de organisatie te versterken.

Functie-eisen

- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain, Data Analytics of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Process Improvement of Continuous Improvement. - Uitgebreide ervaring met SAP en sterke kennis van commerciële processen, pricing en masterdata. - Gevorderde kennis van Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate en Microsoft Copilot; ervaring met Databricks is een pré. - Analytisch, zelfstandig en hands-on, met het vermogen om processen snel te doorgronden en praktische verbeteringen te realiseren. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; ervaring binnen een FMCG-omgeving is een sterke pré.

Key Responsibilities - Work with automated production and packaging equipment in accordance with GMP requirements and standard operating procedures. - Prepare production lines for operation by carrying out equipment set-ups, product changeovers, cleaning activities, and line clearance procedures. - Investigate and resolve equipment faults and process disruptions to minimise production downtime. - Fine-tune machine settings and process parameters to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality. - Register and verify production information using SAP, MES, and related manufacturing systems. - Complete production documentation accurately, including batch records, equipment logs, and operational documentation. - Assist with deviation investigations and support root cause analysis using structured troubleshooting methodologies. - Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and restore production performance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and identifying opportunities to optimise manufacturing processes. - Promote a safe working environment while ensuring effective communication during shift handovers. Requirement - Technical education at MBO level or an equivalent qualification such as VAPRO B. - Previous experience within automated production, assembly, packaging, or process manufacturing. - Strong technical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, Lean, or Kaizen. - Experience working within GMP or another regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable. - Knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or comparable production software. - Good communication skills in English. - Flexible to work rotating 3-shift and 5-shift schedules. - Available for a temporary full-time assignment via SIRE Life Sciences.
