Omschrijving
Brunel is seeking experienced Commercial Site Managers and Supervisors to join the team on a contract basis. With a strong pipeline of projects, we have day and night shifts available across a variety of works. As a site manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. Responsibilities include: effectively coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades; ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on-site. Essential skills: Valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence; trade-qualified background; proven experience in commercial construction and refurbishment; strong ability to coordinate and manage onsite trades; excellent communication and leadership skills; flexibility to work day or night shifts as required. Contract lengths will vary depending on project scope.
