Eisen
- Substantial experience in information-security assurance, technology risk, compliance or GRC
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders, auditors, regulators or supervisory functions
- Disciplined consulting mindset, professional scepticism and strong judgement, communication, influence and constructive-challenge skills
- Ability to interpret control results, assess customer impact and urgency, select the right follow-up route and present clear, defensible conclusions
- Practical experience with multi-compliance frameworks and ISAE or comparable service-organisation assurance
- Strong knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT and SOC 2
Wensen
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer
- Experience in regulated industries and multi-country or cross-functional environments

Volledige omschrijving
Cegeka zoekt een Compliance Assurance Lead voor het Cyber Resilience & Assurance team. In deze rol leid je de compliance-assurance-cyclus voor toegewezen klanten, inclusief regelgevingsgeschiktheid, controlebeoordeling, bewijsvoering, tekortkomingenbeheer en opvolging van herstel. Je past Cegeka's multi-compliance framework, common control set, evidence model en testaanpak toe en verbetert deze continu. Je onderhoudt klantspecifieke overzichten van de centrale backlog, koppelt controlefouten aan bedrijfsimpact, verantwoordelijke eigenaren, mitigerende acties, deadlines, status en bewijs van afsluiting.
Je bereidt en leidt maandelijkse klantrapportages en -vergaderingen, daagt stakeholders uit, spreekt risicogebaseerde deadlines af en escaleert materiële niet-naleving. Je ondersteunt ISAE-assurance voor in-scope klanten en coördineert met het Global Compliance Office, auditors, Service Delivery Managers, Control Owners en Technical Owners. Je beschermt assurance-kwaliteit, professioneel oordeel, traceerbaarheid en onafhankelijkheid. Je draagt bij aan strategische kansen en ontwikkelt herbruikbare diensten, templates, tooling en automatisering.
Vereisten: substantiële ervaring in informatiebeveiligings-assurance, technology risk, compliance of GRC; sterke kennis van ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT en SOC 2; vaardigheid in het interpreteren van controleresultaten; ervaring met senior stakeholders, auditors en toezichthouders; een gedisciplineerde consulting mindset; ervaring in gereguleerde industrieën is sterk gewenst; relevante hbo-opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring; certificeringen zoals CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM of ISO 27001 Lead Auditor zijn een voordeel; uitstekende Engelse taalvaardigheid.
