Eisen
- Good knowledge of Project Execution procedures and field management and techniques including fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completions
- 8 years' experience of large offshore decks/topsides/living quarters in a structural supervisory position
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up
- Diploma
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities
- Experience with multinational teams
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations
Omschrijving
Lead Construction Superintendent overseeing the planning, preparation and execution of all aspects of the Compression Platform Structural Fabrication requirements of the project, from yard activities to load out, ensuring all key objectives are achieved or exceeded. Responsibilities include: ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations during fabrication; managing and executing CP Topsides structures fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule); supervising and controlling Contractor/Subcontractors activities related to structure fabrication and mechanical completion to comply with contractual requirements and applicable international standards; assessing constructability and compliance with technical requirements of engineering deliverables; reviewing deviations to LNG construction standards; identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions; reviewing progress reports; liaising with Contractors/Subcontractors on structure subjects, MC, pre-commissioning and commissioning; participating in risk assessments, kick-off meetings, pre-job meetings and technical meetings. Essential skills: diploma; 8 years' experience of large offshore decks/topsides/living quarters in a structural supervisory position; experience with multinational teams; good knowledge of project execution procedures and field management including fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completions; experience with oil and gas companies, contractors, service companies or heavy construction; knowledge of design standards and safety criteria; knowledge of offshore facilities and operations; knowledge of execution methods and risks for sour gas and LNG facilities; experience in large-scale operating organizations.
