Eisen
- 5 years of management level experience in Construction related disciplines, engineering, or project management
- 15 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies
- Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Proven track record of Project delivery in the industry and managing contractors and sub-contractors
- Extensive knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- Excellent track record in construction safety results
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations
Omschrijving
Manage and oversee the construction activities performed by the contractor and sub-contractors, ensuring safe execution of the project within the approved project budget and schedule. Drive construction readiness and execution to meet project objectives and support flawless facility start-up. Promote incident-free operations through continuous monitoring and leadership engagement. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. Review and approve construction methodologies, work packs, lifting plans, and site procedures. Optimize resource allocation, productivity, and construction sequencing. Identify and resolve construction constraints and interface issues. Ensure timely completion of milestones and project deliverables. Review progress reports, manpower deployment, and productivity metrics. Track construction costs and progress against approved baselines. Participate in recovery planning and schedule optimization initiatives. Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Participate in management meetings and provide senior-level status updates. Essential skills: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; 15 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 5 years of management level experience; experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies; broad knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria; knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities; extensive knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities; experience in large scale operating organizations; proven track record of project delivery; excellent track record in construction safety; well-developed interpersonal skills.
