As an Engineer in the petrochemical sector, you play a leading role in the design, development and improvement of a plant and you work closely together on the largest projects. Together with a team of experts, you will provide efficient and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards. Responsibilities: The Construction Methods Engineer is responsible for implementing and optimizing construction methods, standards, best practices and know how to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety during the planning, engineering and execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities include delivering construction methodologies tailored to project requirements, considering factors such as materials, site conditions, and project requirements and schedule. You address and resolve construction challenges, applying constructability principle to find effective solutions. You participate to provide solid technical expertise on construction techniques to the project / site team, ensuring best practices are followed. You maintain comprehensive records of construction methods, changes, outcomes and Lessons Learned for future reference and continuous improvement. You participate to department improvement program, through cross analyses, workshops, reporting and/or Construction Methods standards development. Requirements: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience with knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and HSSE regulations, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in construction management software and tools.
