Experis is recruiting a Content Supply Chain and Generative AI Project Manager for a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, to join their Global Brand team supporting marketing and content development initiatives. The role is based in El Segundo, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 4 days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic roadmap and execution of the Content Supply Chain transformation, driving the adoption and scaling of Generative AI capabilities across global brand workflows, managing cross-functional programs integrating platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, GenAI services, and data platforms, establishing governance frameworks and intake models, and implementing change management strategies. Required experience includes 10-15+ years in program/project management for large-scale technology transformations, extensive experience in Content Supply Chain, Marketing Technology, or Digital Asset Management ecosystems, deep understanding of content lifecycle processes and platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud and Workfront, familiarity with Generative AI concepts and LLMs, and proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs.
