Talent Enterprise is building a network of interim and permanent controllers in the Delft region. The role involves acting as a point of contact for financial process improvement, supporting budgeting processes, performing economic and strategic scenario analyses, analyzing deviations from forecasts and planning, initiating improvement processes, preparing periodic reports, annual figures, and P&L reports, and maintaining internal contacts with management and external contacts with accountants, among others. The ideal candidate has at least HBO (higher professional education) thinking and working level, a background in finance and business administration, is ambitious and driven, and motivated to excel. The offer includes a personalized matching approach, periodic network events, interesting assignments, and good guidance before, during, and after the assignment. The location is Delft.
