Costumer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the trusted point of contact and support throughout the order journey while learning the fundamentals of the biotechnology industry. Our client is one of the biggest Bio-Tech companies in the Netherlands. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands, and has also operations in the United States.

Job Description: Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery. Provide timely updates on order status, shipments, and product availability. Work with 3PL/4PL sites in the Netherlands. Partner with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure a seamless customer experience. Set up, check and maintain customer accounts in the system. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.

The Successful Applicant: 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French or German is a plus; Available for full-time (40 hours); Being 3-4 days at the office in Amsterdam North, Netherlands; Eligible to work in the Netherlands; Per immediately available - start ASAP. What's on Offer: Salary: 3500 euros (gross based on 40 hours); Opportunity to work in a highly international environment; Temporary Assignment: 12 months; Holidays: 31 days; Available to work from home; Premium Pension Scheme; Travel allowance.
