CRO Manager

EcomTraffic Agency B.V. is looking for a CRO Manager to join their team. You'll own the CRO strategy, lead client conversations, and work with our researcher, designers, and developers to bring your ideas to life. With 100% remote work, an international team, and our own CRO platform, you'll have the freedom, tools, and support to make a real impact.

Tasks: Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for your clients; turn customer research and funnel data into clear, prioritised hypotheses; brief designers and developers on experiments, landing pages, and improvements; lead client calls, present ideas, and guide decisions with confidence; work with our operations team to keep feedback, approvals, and test launches moving; evaluate experiments, communicate results, and turn learnings into the next opportunity.

Your goal: help our clients generate more revenue from their existing traffic.

Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce CRO and A/B testing; analytical thinking, creativity, and an understanding of customer psychology; a solid grasp of testing statistics and how to interpret results; strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients; an independent, organised working style with ownership and follow-through; familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Intelligems or similar tools; curiosity about using AI to improve research, analysis, and your workflow.

Fluent English is required. Dutch is a plus.
