Customer Logistics Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Logistics Coordinator to support customers within the Netherlands and International Travel Retail markets. You will act as a key contact for logistics related matters and coordinate closely with customers, logistics service providers, Sales, and Inbound Logistics. The role covers the full order to invoicing process while also providing opportunities to identify and implement improvements that enhance customer service and supply chain performance.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships relating to logistics processes; Lead logistics performance meetings with customers; Manage the complete order to invoicing process accurately; Coordinate and resolve customer complaints; Collaborate with external logistics service providers and internal departments; Identify opportunities to improve customer service and logistics processes; Initiate and contribute to supply chain improvement projects; Support continuous improvement across logistics operations.

Requirements: Completed HBO degree or university education at WO level; Preferably previous experience within a supply chain environment; Experience maintaining and improving internal and external customer relationships; Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements; Strong customer service and communication skills; Action oriented approach with a strong focus on results; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Experience working with automated business systems; Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is highly desirable; Comfortable working within a multicultural environment; Fluent Dutch and or English.
