Customer Project Officer

Our client is an international organization within the food industry, operating in a dynamic environment where customer collaboration, supply chain and operational excellence are closely connected. The Customer Collaboration team works across Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and other functions to improve customer performance and business processes. As a Customer Project Officer, you will ensure business continuity while taking ownership of customer-related operational processes.

You will work across Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Collaboration on topics such as pricing, rebates, customer requests and performance. As the role is still developing, you will also help standardize and improve processes across different markets and functions.

Key responsibilities include: taking ownership of key Customer Collaboration processes, monitoring customer service KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating operational issues and driving corrective actions, supporting pricing, rebate and contract management activities, managing customer requests, samples, portals and specific market queries, preparing performance updates, action trackers and reports, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics, identifying opportunities to standardize and improve processes, acting as a flexible sparring partner for internal stakeholders, and supporting different customer or market areas depending on business needs.

Requirements include: experience within Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration or a similar environment; experience with customer-related processes such as pricing, rebates or contract management is preferred; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to switch between operational tasks and improvement projects; flexible and comfortable working in a developing and sometimes ambiguous role; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive, hands-on and able to work independently; good command of English; French is a plus; Dutch is a plus for the industry/butter focus.
