Role Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. You will be the key contact for customers and logistics partners, working closely with Sales, Logistics, and external service providers to ensure orders and deliveries are handled smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for customers and logistics partners regarding deliveries and order-related questions. Process customer orders and shipments accurately and on time. Monitor orders and inventory and resolve issues or discrepancies. Handle customer claims and complaints, including issuing credit notes when required. Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions. Process consignment and export orders in the system.

Support improvements to processes and departmental efficiency.

Requirements: Completed MBO diploma, preferably in Customer Service or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within the food industry. Fluent in Dutch and English. Available to start quickly with minimal onboarding. Flexible, energetic, and customer-focused. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. No extended holidays planned during the assignment.
