Customer Service Representative

SIRE Life Sciences is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a client in the energy and petrochemical industry. The client is a leading global company delivering essential products and solutions, with a focus on operational excellence, safety, innovation, and sustainability. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end execution of customer and supplier orders, ensuring smooth logistics, contract fulfillment, and SAP transactions for petrochemical products.

You will manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities while working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and external logistics partners. Responsibilities include managing the complete Order-to-Cash process (order entry, order fulfillment, shipment coordination, invoicing, customer follow-up), providing excellent customer service, coordinating with Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams, monitoring product availability and transportation, maintaining customer master data in SAP, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements: minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics operations; hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP SD) and good knowledge of MS Office; understanding of the Order-to-Cash process; fluency in English and German; strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
