The Customer Support and Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and organized, helping ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through order entry. Maintain and update customer and product information in the ERP system. Prepare sales reports, quotations, and other commercial documentation. Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks. Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing. Monitor order statuses and follow up on customer inquiries or requests.
Assist with general sales administration and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements: Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Organized, accurate, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus. Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is advantageous.
